With a growing dealer network and participation in major expos, we are now expanding our Karachi sales team.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive (Solar) with a proven track record in B2B solar product sales. The role will focus on dealer networking, project-based selling, and OEM/OEM lead conversion, particularly in the Karachi and South region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand dealer/reseller network in assigned territory
  • Identify and close OEM/ODM leads (especially during expo cycles)
  • Conduct product demos and coordinate with technical team for project support
  • Follow up with installers, contractors, and system integrators
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report KPIs
  • Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings on-site

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the solar energy sector (batteries, inverters, or solar systems)
  • Strong technical understanding of lithium batteries, solar systems, and hybrid solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Karachi-based, with flexibility to travel within Sindh
  • Existing client network in solar/energy sector is a strong plus
