Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive (Solar) with a proven track record in B2B solar product sales. The role will focus on dealer networking, project-based selling, and OEM/OEM lead conversion, particularly in the Karachi and South region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand dealer/reseller network in assigned territory
- Identify and close OEM/ODM leads (especially during expo cycles)
- Conduct product demos and coordinate with technical team for project support
- Follow up with installers, contractors, and system integrators
- Meet monthly sales targets and report KPIs
- Attend industry events, expos, and client meetings on-site
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the solar energy sector (batteries, inverters, or solar systems)
- Strong technical understanding of lithium batteries, solar systems, and hybrid solutions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Karachi-based, with flexibility to travel within Sindh
- Existing client network in solar/energy sector is a strong plus
